This is an excellent shaver.
After using it, my face looks and feels clean and smooth.
My wife tells me that since I started using it, I look terrific. No wonder; I no longer have razor cuts; razor burn; irritated skin; nor ingrown hairs.
At first I bought this shaver thinking I would use it in the shower ONLY.
I thought that the Nivea system was a useless concept.
I was wrong! The Nivea system works great for me! And I no longer shave in the shower.
As far as the cost of the Nivea moisturizer: it is reasonable. Besides, what I spend on it, I save on water. That is for sure.
By the way, I do have a VERY tough beard, unlike those guys in the TV commercials.
In the past, when I used Braun shavers and even now that I use the Norelco, I still shave twice per day. Sometimes three times per day. My beard grows fast and strong.
Finally, I enjoy shaving again: just like when I was a teen and started shaving.
