... I bought this for myself a couple of years ago and I just love it. My gums are healthier and teeth are whiter and alot cleaner. I had only 1 issue with this sonicare, it wouldn't charge anymore about 7 or 8 months after I had been using it. I am still giving it 5 stars thought because the Sonicare customer service was wonderful. I called them and told them what the problem was and after determaning that it was defective they immediatly sent me out a new one including 2 new brush heads and a postage paid lable to send the old one back in...no questions asked. This is a great product. Next time I will no not to be so afraid to buy a more expenive one because their customer service is wonderful and will take care of you if something should happen. ...
